Option 1: Safe Mode with Command Prompt

Step 6: Now all the operations compete and you can exit safe mode by restarting computer.
Option 2: Administrator account with Command Prompt
Step 1: Log on your Windows 7 computer through the accessible administrator account.
Step 2: Open command prompt by typing “cmd” in the start text search box, and right-clicking “Command Prompt” to select “Run as administrator”.
Step 3: Execute the net user command lines as listed in option 1.
