Find Cheap Local and International Flights in Nigeria

http://www.searchflights.com.ng/flightsTo book cheap flights be flexible with your dates and times of travel. Usually, but certainly not always, flight prices gradually get more expensive as the date of travel approaches. Try to plan and book your travel some 2 months before your flight date. Flying on Saturdays is often cheaper. Avoid flying near public holidays, the start and end of school holidays and big events.
At the airport try to arrive 2-3 hours before the flight for check in. Some airlines allow for online check-in. So if you want to avoid the queue's, get first pick on seats or even get some freebies, "CHECK-IN EARLY".

Tips and facts
When travelling to Nigeria try to exchange your money to US dollars in your country of residence. Don't bother with travellers cheques (useless) or a credit card (high-rate of fraud). Most banks in Nigeria do not offer currency exchange services and you'll have to exchange currency on the street.
When travelling to Nigeria try to avoid the Niger Delta and the Northern states, unless you are the more adventurous type. Also avoid travelling alone in Lagos, it has a terrible reputation for violent crime. Also exercise caution on the Lagos highways at night even if with a local driver, armed robbery is a problem there.
Be careful of bogus taxis as you end up getting robbed. In Lagos if you do not have anyone you trust picking you up from the airport ask your hotel to send a courtesy vehicle to pick you up. In Abuja there are government sponsored green taxis if you have to take these.
On your trip to Nigeria don't forget to visit The National War Museum, the Benin Moat, Sukur Kingdom, Osun Grove, Kano City Wall, Idanre Hills and Obudu Mountain Resort.
